Thank you for using Dualem by Rally Apps. If you would like to delete the data associated with your account which is stored on our servers but would like to retain your account, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Email appsupport@dualem.com from the associated email address with the subject line: “delete my data but keep my account”.
- Please await our confirmation of your data deletion which will occur within 7 business days.
By initiating the data deletion process, the following types of data associated with your account will be permanently deleted:
- Any account preferences and settings
- User-generated content (any measurement data you’ve asked us to store)
