- Email appsupport@dualem.com from the associated email address with the subject line: “delete my account”.
- Please await our confirmation of your account deletion which will occur within 7 business days.
By initiating the account deletion process, the following types of data associated with your account will be permanently deleted:
- Personal information (your email address)
- Any account preferences and settings
- User-generated content (any measurement data you’ve asked us to store)
